"The Poacher"

The Poacher is my egg design. I always considered an egg to be a board that anyone can ride, from beginner to expert. It has a stable and smooth carving turn. It paddles and catches waves very easy. This board has worked well in tiny surf up to a couple feet overhead surf.

It starts off with a turned down edge in the tail to hold in while turning, which flows into a pinched 60/40 rail, then blends to 50/50 rails the further up you go. Mild rocker for speed and easy paddling. Slight blended concave in the nose flows out to flat, then into vee in the tail with a very slight double barrel. And of course, a single fin setup. No thruster here, I'm keepin' this one old school.

It comes with a gloss and polish finish, and a single fin box with fin.

Everything is optional with custom orders.
